This is a two-day course taking place on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29. Attendance at BOTH sessions is required for Food Protection Manager Certification.
Light snacks will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own lunch or $15-20 to spend at Handshake (on the 1st floor of the library) during the lunch break.
