In October of 2005, Theo’s opened its doors with a vision to bring sophisticated coastal cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients, to the heart of Fayetteville from the beginning. Their intimate dining room and open kitchen created a unique connection between chef and guest. The aroma, the artistry, the presence of the chefs themselves have always been a part of what makes Theo’s feel so special.

Over the last two decades, Theo’s has been honored to share countless meals and milestones with the community. From date nights and graduations, to late-night celebrations and quiet evenings of wine and conversation, Theo’s has been a backdrop for life’s most memorable moments. They’re deeply grateful for the loyalty, support, and love Fayetteville has shown through the years.

To celebrate Theo’s 20th Anniversary, they’re hosting a one-night-only curated five-course dinner. Five chefs who each played a vital role in building Theo’s reputation will return to prepare and present a course inspired by their own journey. Each dish will tell a story - of passion, creativity, and the joy of sharing food with others.

Together, these courses will reflect the history, spirit, and future of Theo’s. This special evening is more than just a dinner. It’s a reunion of talent, a celbration of community, and a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who has been part of our story. We invite you to raise a glass with us as we look back on 20 unforgettable years - and forward to many more.

Theo’s is offering two seating times for this special dinner. The first seating will be at 5:30pm and the second will be at 8:30pm. We encourage you to come in early or stay afterwards to enjoy cocktails in their lounge.
