This is a two-day course taking place on Monday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9. Attendance at BOTH sessions is required for Food Protection Manager Certification.
Light snacks will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own lunch and/or $15-20 to spend Tuesday at Handshake (on the 1st floor of the library) during the lunch break.
