This is a two-day course taking place on Monday, October 26 and Tuesday, October 27. Attendance at BOTH sessions is required for Food Protection Manager Certification.
Light snacks will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own lunch and/or $15-20 to spend at Handshake (on the 1st floor of the library).
